Faulty or Damaged Product Return:
New Zealand Orders:
Orders within New Zealand are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment and will be delivered by NZ Couriers. You will be advised when your order has been placed with the courier company and we will provide you with your unique tracking number so you can check on delivery progress.
International Orders:
Standard shipping orders to all major international cities are usually delivered within 14 days after receipt of payment and will be delivered by DHL. You will be advised when your order has been placed with the courier company and we will provide you with your unique tracking number so you can check on delivery progress.
Customised and Bulk Orders:
Customised orders or bulk orders may take longer. This will be discussed with you at the time of purchase and you will be provided with an expected delivery date. Price including freight will be calculated according to the size of your order and the customisation required.
